i-Gateways students' grades are available to view and print online. Students can follow the instructions below to view/print their grades.

i-Gateways Grades Instructions:
1)   You will need your SJSU student ID number (this is on your student ID card) and your PIN number from our Admission Tracking Site when you first applied to i-Gateways. If you do not know your PIN number, please go to this link: http://saldata5.sjsu.edu/getpin/ and enter your SJSU ID number. Your PIN will then be emailed to you.

2)   Go to this website: http://saldata5.sjsu.edu/gradereport/pickr1.html

3)   Enter your Student ID number and PIN

4)   Find the term you would like to access grades for and click “Grades pdf file”

5)   Save the file to your computer or print it

If you would like your certificate or a copy of your grades mailed to you, or if you would like to pick your documents up at the IG Office, please go to this website and fill out the request form: http://www.surveyshare.com/s/AQAC22D. Please allow 1-3 business days for your documents to be ready at the IG Office. We cannot print grade reports on the same day.

Please note that because i-Gateways classes are not for credit, i-Gateways does not issue "official transcripts". If another school requests an official transcript, you can print out a copy of your "Course History" report. You can find this file on the same page as your grade reports. You can also request an "Enrollment Verification Letter" from the i-Gateways office to show that you attended i-Gateways.
