How to pay the application fee

The $100 dollar non-refundable application fee must be paid by Credit Cardbefore you submit your application electronically.  The credit card is the onlypayment option for the application fee.  It is important to note that the application fees cannot be rolled over to other terms.

How and when to pay tuition

Students who are admitted will receive a TUITION PAYMENT EMAIL with a LINK and a PAYMENT ID in order to pay tuition for thefirst term (F-1 students will receive their I-20 package after we receive full tuition for the first term).

Tuition can be paid by international checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and all types of credit cards. The TUITION PAYMENT LINK will have detailed payment instructions.

Payments for other services

We accepts only tuition and application fees. Please do not send your housing payments, tuition for multiple terms or payments for any other services to our office by check or wire transfer. Incorrect or unexpected payments sent to iGateways will be returned to the student and are subject to a 15 percent financial processing fee. Unfortunately, these funds cannot be forwarded to other individuals or SJSU Departments including housing.
