What is Express Mail?

Express Mail is a global mail delivery service.

What information do I need to provide to have my I-20 package sent by FedEx (Express Mail)?

Please make sure to include your full mailing address when you apply online, including your postal code. (Please note- not all countries use postal codes. If you do not have one, it is okay.) Also include your telephone number, as this is required for all shipments.

How much do I pay for FedEx (Express Mail)?

The cost for Express Mail is $50.

When do I pay for Express Mail?

Please do not mail or wire transfer money for Express Mail to our office. You will be expected to pay this fee when you arrive in our office to check in. If you request a tuition refund at a later date, we will deduct the Express Mail cost from your tuition payment.

How long does it take to receive an Express Mail package?

Express Mail usually takes between 2-4 business days for most major cities; however, the express mail service may take up to one week, depending on your location.

Where and when can I find my Express Mail tracking number?

Please check the Admission Tracking Site at the end of the business day after you make your tuition payment. The method of express mail (either DHL or FedEx) and the tracking number will appear near the bottom of the page.

How do I track a FedEx package?

Please log onto FedEx.com and use your tracking number to access the status of your package.
